Is there a way to get the high/low/open/close values of a SC study that is plotted as Candlesticks (The cumulative delta study for an example) ?

CD call demonstrated in the help file. If there isn't a call then you would have to insert the function code directly into your code, if you have the source code, or use the GetStudyID function, if you don't have the source code.

You mean sc.GetStudyArrayUsingID. Documentation here:
