I have a intraday 1min chart and the platform is only allowing the chart to show 2 days when i input 100 in the 'days to load' setting and 'from' is set back to 1st jan 2019. Also when i look in the spreadsheet there is only 2 days of data. If there another setting i need to change to have an intraday chart go further back?

Much appreciated.

No, there isn't. Without more information it could be a number of things, but this is likely a backfill issue / lack of functionality from your data provider.

You can go to Edit > Edit/Download Intraday download, and it'll allow to to scroll through the intraday datafile and see what the earliest record is.

You could also try a wipe / redownload, in the case there's a data issue of some sort. Also in Edit menu.

Last tip is go through the "Message log" it will tell you what's going on under the hood in regards to data requests and date ranges.
