Sierra Chart connection problems to brokers

Good morning,

I currently use Sierra Chart Service Pack 12 with Interactive Brokers but since Sunday there
is already an issue and the connection is not possible.

It seems very difficult to connect to different brokers.
I like to connect to AMP Futures, because it seems Interactive Broker connection is quite difficult.

Is anyone here able to help me out to find the bug or help to connect AMP to SC?

hi, sorry about the delayed reply.
I was on vacation and now back at work.

I am connected to Interactive Broker Paper account and have followed the setup instructions on the sierra chart website.
The connection itself shows green but there is not data exchange (it seems).
I assume maybe the symbols are not matched properly???
Sierra Chart support will not help and I doubt IB support can help either.

I will post here what I can see and I hope someone in here
is able to help me, otherwise I paid 6 month access for nothing.
My plan is to place trades on SC and not TWS.

Maybe the issue is with the chartbook template that I plan to use, but it worked before!
I had one day of demo trading and all was good on a Friday afternoon and on Monday it was red instead of green with the connection and not working anymore since!
