This has happened to me multiple times now. The DOM will stop updating the Last. The bid /ask continues to update.
I've had it happen while I am both flat or in a position. In the past when it happened, I exited SC, reloaded , and all was well. This time I've exited three times and reloaded, and the last is still stuck.
Am using SC 679 via TT. This is the 6E.
Anyone else seen this? Ideas?
Mike

There is a new release pending of the TT Fix adapter real soon that fixes some bugs. Maybe it will fix this one too.
This is software that your broker needs to update.

Deleted the 6E-201103-CME .scid file, seems to be OK now. For how long, I dunno.

I was getting paranoid I am the only one who is getting this problem. I deleted the scid file but the problem remains the same so far. I spent 3 hours on this already.

Sorry -- all I did was delete it and it solved the issue for me. Exact steps -- exit SC, delete the 6E-201103-CME .scid file (renamed it, technically -- I wanted to keep it around). Reload SC. Problem solved.
Hope they get it fixed soon.

Awesome.
I just posted this on their forum:
Quoting
SC_SupportGroup
No need for the file. We are experienced with these kinds of issues. The problem is not with the file. It's not going to help us to look at it. That will not help.
Sorry to disagree.
But:
- My feed was working fine after I deleted the file in question (the one I have emailed you).
- It was working fine when I started to quote/post this reply, just to establish a base line.
- To test your theory that the data file is irrelevant, I then:
- Exited SC.
- I then put the old file, which I emailed you, back in place.
- I
reloaded SC.
- The problem is now back. "Last" is stuck at 1.3819.
Bid /ask moving.
- I then exited SC.
- I removed the bad file, corrupted in some way.
- I reloaded SC.
- The problem is now solved. "Last" is moving again.
It seems quite obvious the problem is 100% related to the data file.
Mike
So hopefully with this new info they can find and fix the issue.
Mike
