Option 1: You can talk through Skype via headphones that come with a microphone.
Option 2: You can also purchase a USB microphone (around $ 20) and speak into that microphone and listen to your audio speakers.
As you do not have a webcam, you can use the video channel for sharing your screen, while you are talking.
Thanks, I usually have TeamViewer up to share my screen while talking through Skype using Audio only.
But as you mentioned, for the purpose of just showing a quick glance on a chart or providing a screenshot, Spreadsheet or whatever, this would be the fastest and easiest way.
TeamViewer is really great for screen sharing - especially if you want to take control of the other person's computer. but another really great free software is called join.me.
you send the other person the link that is created and they can see your screen within their web browser. I use it all of the time
