If I'm reading this correctly, you simply want an adjustable aggregation?
Try adding this...

input Period = aggregationPeriod.Month;

...then replacing the current non-adjustable aggregation period phrase with the input phrase of Period, like this...

def rsi = RSIWilder("over bought" = 95, "over sold" = 5, price = close(period = Period));
AddLabel(yes, rsi, if rsi >= 95 or rsi <= 5 then Color.RED else Color.WHITE);

Also, rather than referencing, you might want to consider using the inputs, for adjust-ability later.

Final note - the Wilders average type is default in the RSI, so the correct language for this is as follows edits highlighted....

input period = AggregationPeriod.MONTH;

def rsi = reference RSI("over bought" = 95, "over sold" = 5, price = close(period = period));
AddLabel(yes, rsi, if rsi >= 95 or rsi <= 5 then Color.RED else Color.WHITE);
