Real Time charts for Futures no longer available in Canada?

Hello, I've been using TOS for almost two years now. I basically use it for charting. I had been getting Real Time charts for the Futures (ES, TF etc.) since i started using TOS (2015). All of sudden, the charts are now delayed by 15 minutes. I'm using a live funded account. Is anyone else having the same issue with TOS futures real time charts in Canada? Thanks.
