TOS is unable to process that type of search in the option hacker scan. It requires knowing the specific option tag and then its specific volume and open interest. I suggest a temporary fix, such as described on the following linked page. Using the options chain columns, entering the provided free custom script, and letting it change the background color green if volume > open interest else red. They also discuss how to use this the options hacker tool volume setting and options setting as a limited ability scan
