Have a question on capital gain tax.

How is capital gain on foreign stock/futures taxed? Google show nothing. Only info I can dig up is some info on foreigner enterprise invest in A Shares in China. It has nothing on personal level.

You can trade the crude oil in Shanghai.
If you are to invest, it's complicated, I suggest your asking those accounting firms.
