Are there any Futures Platforms or Brokers where you have no $110 to pay for the TF Datafeed?

Thanks,

Seems like I was reading somewhere that the Russell 2k futures would be coming off the ICE and heading towards the CME sometime in 2017?

Yes thats right.

ICE will keep the exclusive U.S. rights to contracts based on the Russell 2000 indexes until June 30, 2017, after which CME will have the exclusive rights for 10 years.

Apex trading charges zero for data or platform so long as you keep some minimum balance like $3,000....least wise they used to and they are supposedly a direct access platform
