I have a "hst" file of historical intraday data for VIX.
Is there a way to convert it in "csv" file?

I just found this software( https://forexsb.com/forex-strategy-builder) . You can download the demo and convert hst to csv for free (https://forexsb.com/wiki/fsbpro_guide/mt4_hst_import_help).
It works.
I attached a converted file
