As LastDino points out John Hopkins is delayed. Germany as of now for example has 11,302, whereas Worldometers already has 11,973
Our World in Data (which uses WHO data) publishes their data at 1000 CET;Geneva time, so has different daily stats to Worldometer which rolls over 0000GMT - so different charts from different sources produce different growth results.
Yesterday i had some questions since i am in China from a Trader that lives in Parma Italy over skype. He asked about wearing mask and other measures taken and how we have made it overhere and how it is now. I asked him about the situation in Parma, He said the following.

Here first yesterday National Health authorities officially said that wearing mask is no longer needed when outdoors since we are now pratically clean with no new cases.
