See I was about to edit and ask OP, was the intention for using the flash player was for downloaded flash videos or something which is already online? Edit: I found a website which installs Ruffle extension in your browser and Ruffle therefore plays Flash videos directly from the browser. I have not tested it myself, so give it a try yourself:

I've already tried it, says Ruffle does not yet support ActionScript3, whiich is required.
