For those of you with experience day trading the Euro (/6E), what have you found to be the best time of day to do so? Thanks.

Well, look at the chart. Although the 6E contract is traded on the CME you can see there is good volume and volatility from 02:00 ET (EU open) till 15:00 ET because it's traded during the EU session as well as the US session. Between those hours there is no best time in my opinion (besides news events).
