On my phone. Anytime, anywhere. My swing trading program is very no frills and the phone app is perfect for it. Day trading is done on a computer (lap top is fine) either at my day job office or home office.
I learned over the years that smartphone trading encourages negative behavior in me.
It made me jumping into trades because I thought I saw something. It made me do other things while in a trade and not concentrating.
It made me trading while I actually had no time at all.
I have drawn my consequences from this. One of my trading rules is:
"#5: Be concentrated, sit at the desk and have time for trading"
I trade with my laptop only. At home or at work. But only if I am concentrated and have time for trading.
I trade from home (but that's also where I work) and it's on my laptop, which is set up as my desktop -- separate monitor, separate keyboard and mouse, separate sound system plugged in, and essentially not really mobile the way I use it anymore. So which is it? I said I trade from home, on my desktop, which is how I look at it.

I used to have a rule about not trading when I travel. But I broke that rule on my last vacation and traded from my laptop. I traded OK but the stress from trading killed the vibe a little.
I only trade on my desktop, which has a Ryzen Theradripper. Blazing speed... never on a laptop and I wouldn't even consider a phone unless it was a long-term position. And one should never - E V E R - trade on a WiFi connection.
In all the years I've traded, I've never entered (or exited) a trade from anywhere else than at home, using a desktop PC with a mouse, and a wired-in internet connection (not over Wifi).
(I was going to say "high-speed, most-reliable-available, cable internet connection", but I started trading from home before there were such things, originally using dial-up internet and a PC with only 4MB of RAM - showing my age, here!).
I don't have a smartphone from which I could trade anyway, but I wouldn't use one for trading, even if I had. I've seen and heard too many stories about problems arising allegedly because of using Wifi and/or mobile phones because of various different "technical/incompatibility problems", and I'm one of those people who attract technical problems far more than most people ever seem to.
