Please be weary of Ninjacators LLC and their empty promises
I want to share that Ninjacators LLC has agreed to refund me.
I believe your writing to them added weight to my raised issue for them to honor their words.
As mentioned on your website, “Our community is known for being the most helpful trading community out there”.
I am really glad that I wrote my issue on this forum to warn others that Ninjacators had rebutted the promised guarantee.
I am truly grateful for your assistance.
Thank you very much Mike and I am glad I found your website.
Thanks for sharing your experience and confirming that Ninjacators did indeed mention that "Yes, in their presentation, they do say "no question money back guarantee.""
I would like to share too a screenshot of what they said and the list of items I had to submit to comply with before they considered my refund when in the first place it was mentioned " no hassle, no questions asked and no forms to fill" for refund
Yes, I know with Mike's intervention on my issue, they agreed to the refund.
(Sorry not trying to derail here but have a relevant question)
IF we really know that these vendors (not naming anyone but in general) and their 'bots' are simply incapable of producing those kinds of returns which are shown in their presentations - will ALL of them be willing to give us our money back if they have a guarantee like in this thread's case?
Because if they start giving everyone the money back - which I believe is because the shovel sellers became rich during the gold rush - then will they even remain in a position to operate any business in the future?
It's like you didn't find any gold? Fine - you will get your money back for the shovel you purchased!
Then again the question arises - why start the business in the first place itself?
