What would be the correct syntax for creating a 5 element array (with each element containing the price midpoint) as a function?

Then I would like to compute the average of the PriceMidpoints over the 10 day peroid using the AverageArray function.

Something like this:

PriceMidpoint=(H+L)/2;
Array:PriceMidPoint[5](0);
AverageArray(PriceMidpoint,5);

PriceMidpoint on line1 generates an "unknown identifier" error.

Thanks

dlipter,

similar to arrays variables have to be declared and initialized before you can use them. After that you can store the variable's value at a specific index of the array. Provided your code has an array named myArray declared this is how you would store a value (99 in this example) at the index 0:

Code
myArray[0] = 99 ;
