Anyone have any experience using this vendor? I got a week long trial of the live trading room and the main guy, Gerry, seems to exclusively scalp /CL for 5-10 ticks. I think he uses some kind of momentum indicators to scalp the markets. I will however say that I saw one thing that he did that kind of turned me away from his "proprietary" trading method (and you can see it on the details of his P/L) and that is he sometimes adds to losers, but it looks like he knows what he's doing and has pretty consistent profitable days.
His course/mentorship seems really expensive which in itself is a red flag for me. The P/L for his day are posted at the end of each day on his blog at Husky ProTrading - Learn to Trade
If anyone else has ever used this website or trading methods, please share.
No I never did sign up. Something I realized long ago, especially with vendors, is that if something looks too good to be true it probably is. After personally having gone through a journey or trading book after trading book, trading vendor after trading vendor and still being unprofitable and lacking confidence I decided to do what many of the veterans in this forum suggest; finding my own method.
I think trading education has some benefit but in the end if it doesn't make sense in your head, fit your personality, a reflection of your natural way of thinking you'll still be searching for a method after dishing out a couple thousand. Most of the useful take-away knowledge you will learn, you can find it for free in some of the discussions here on the forum.
All I will say is that if trading was as easy as just copying someone, then everyone would become rich trading.

Saw his demo for bloodhound today. All he is doing is retrace trades, but with very small targets. What is the point? His posted results show $300 days, but up to $100 commissions @$5 per round turn. If you learn how to spot retrace trades instead of breakouts, you can earn substantially more per trade. Trade 2 contracts, close one for a few ticks, and let the runner go, moving your stop below the next identified swing. You can earn his goal of $300 per day many times in one or two trades and still have minimum risk. At the very least he could take a quick scalp, let the second contract run with a breakeven stop. He could be done in one trade instead of the many he does to make 30 ticks.
