they use a bracket 3 ticks or more above and 3 ticks or more below the market 3 seconds before the news come out and which ever way the market spikes the other side is cancel at the same time one side is feeled they trade about 2 to 4 news events per day form all over the world it is a very effective way to make some quick profits but some time it will whipsaw and your stop loss will be hit but not to much only about 13 to 15% of the time
