We are looking for a simple bridge to plug Tradestation 10 into the CQG WEB API for order routing and automated futures trading. Using a simple DLL method, Tradestation 10 via Easylanguage will call functions such as GetAccountBalance, GetOrderStatus, CancelOrder and PlaceOrder, and then the Bridge app will process these commands and also send the orders to the CQG WEB API for execution. Has someone already developed such a bridge with most of the bugs already ironed out? We are willing to pay for this bridge software. We are also interested in speaking with any C++ developers that can easily build such a bridge. Many thanks in advance. Regards, Rod.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Have you looked at using NinjaTrader as a bridge? I have TS 10 send signals to Ninja, then orders get sent to a broker via a CQG connection. I have not used all the functions you list (and I do not know if they are available), but I can tell you this approach for sending orders works really well. I have been using it for at least 5 years.
Thanks Kevin. We used Ninja as a bridge for 5 years with Rosenthal Collins as our broker. We now want to execute via CQG API and clear through an investment bank as our client wants this to make his funds more safe compared to a non bank. If anyone can help us develop a simple bridge between tradestation and CQG WEB API please PM me. Thanks in advance
