In my opinion, the algos come in against my position immediately. so the only way is to be more careful on entry and wait for the algo to hit first then enter. its a lot trickier than it sounds because you'll be trading and you'll put an order in and then immediately it gets taken out and the price action moves heavily against you. you get filled exiting the trade and think to yourself ahhh i'll just go for the reverse trade now....WRONG....most times it goes against you too. When this happens i think you call it a range day and fade your entries.
