Volume Overlay V1.2 NT8b10 Update

Just like StockCharts.com overlayed volume.

* Set max volume height as a percentage of the total panel height.
* Hide/show the volume via the button.

Remember this is for the beta version so any future bugs please PM me.

Update: March 2016.

Fixed issue with plotting upside down in other than first panel.

Auto set margin to zero.
