Newbie Ninja Trader Question

I was comparing the features of the NJ static SuperDOM to X_Trader, T4 and and I have a question.

The left column shows buy side market depth, and the right most column shows sell side depth. The middle column shows the price ladder. Is there no way to add additional columns with accumulated volume? When a large trade hits at a certain price...it is a lot easier to see it when you have an accumulation column like X-Trader, T4...etc. It also helps to see where trades have gone down throughout the day...

The NJ static SuperDOM seems very limited in what you can do with it. Is it, or am I just not understanding the functionality yet...

Thanks in advance...and I apologize if this question was already answered in a previous thread. It tried to find it...but could not.

It is my understanding you need to use a 3rd parties addon for this - you can find this via google. That is the only way I found to get a X-trader like functionality.

I do know you can can turn on market depth accumulation... inside properties... by defalut this is off. It addas another row (top on ask, bottom on bid) which is the current total of all the listed items.

tulanch,

Thanks for the quick response...and the good tip. I instantly found DomSphere...which is $50 per month. Looks pretty slick. Dramtic improvement over the basic NJT not so SuperDOM....

tulanch,

I like that one too. The visual bars in the bid offer columns are nice. Those could make spotting the ebb and flow of volume a lot easier.
