NinjaTrader, LLC is not a market data provider. Historical data is provided by our connectivity providers that offer historical data as part of their service. The table below displays all NinjaTrader supported connectivity providers as well as the historical and real-time data provided by each:
My understanding of the problem is not with Ninjas servers (hardware) but in getting that last trade data from CQG. I don't understand why it keeps happening either and I sure hope it gets resolved soon.
I have attached the PDF that shows their table of data providers for @tderrick reference.

Thank you for the info... I don't mean to cast blame in the wrong direction, or any direction, for that matter.
I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this. I trade long term charts and when a whole day is missing, the
game is over.
I have always been confused on who actually maintains the historical data servers. Especially in my
instance of AMP / Ninja / CQG.
I have prepared myself mentally this time, however. It just caught me by surprise this morning and
I got out of my groove and frustrated trying to figure out what was happening. Any time I get into
a negative vibe, the computers turn off.
Next time - I just start scalping the immediate PA and won't worry about longer term targets.

Hello All,
NinjaTrader Explanation just posted:
It is important to keep in mind that many things can occur when recording and distributing large amounts of data and that none of the recent these data items were related, despite the proximity in the timeline and data issues manifesting themselves in the same way. The infrastructure to maintain this service is huge with many moving parts along a chain involving many parties starting with the exchange and ending at the user. All of these parties have failure points and even with proper redundancy some of these items will appear due to things like major ISP backbone outages, power outages, and even problems at the exchange directly.
We will continue to keep looking for ways to increase redundancy, improve communication, and to continue to offer the best support possible.
Please report any items on individual systems directly to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.
