I wonder if any of you know any good marketprofiles for ninjatrader, if there is one?
I´ve tried fin-alg but something that i cant get my head around is that it dosent show overnight session? It seem to show overnight and daytime session all in one? Is there a way to configure it to separate so i get night session and day session seperate?
I would also like day session to start with the letter A which it dosent, it starts with an E for me which i´m very confused to why?
I hope someone can help me
thanks in advance
David.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
David I suggest you take a look at https://www.supperia.com/ indicators for NinjaTrader. I don't use this specific indicators tough I like using MarketProfile (I use other platform for Market Profile) but I like them very much and ir will work as you need (sessions profiles).
Thank you so much Are you sure it shows night and day session separate? Never heard of this company. The tape plotter looks really interesting too have you tried that? I imagine it can be good for support and resistance areas?
And again thank you, i will look into this more. It was not that expensive either (compared too what i´ve seen some vendors charge) ^^
Start with "DValue". If you search for it on ninja trader support boards, that should give you a free version.
Only draw back is the volume is equally divided in the bar, it is not the exact volume. But for free, that's pretty hard to beat, you'll probably only be off by 2-3 ticks anyways.
I have not used it but a friend of mine uses it every day. I am quite sure you can make weekly, daily or sessions profiles. He is on Twitter. @Vlcforex, you can see on his screenshot how he uses asian perfiles before european open.
This software is quite affordable, even has rental option for start testing it.
