Does anyone have an older version of NinjaTrader 7 with TD Ameritrade and MB Trading as brokers? Thanks

A strange question ...

a) Do you have a multi-brokerage license key which is needed for 2+ brokerages?
b) As an existing user you can download the prior release per default (see pic) or older
releases - with the help of the NT support - as far as they are still fully functional.

Thanks choke35. I do not but I am currently cloning a hard drive with an older version of NT with these brokers.

If the older version had a license, you will find it in the Ninjatrader7 (documents) path in the file Config.xml .
That's the license that works for the NT downloads.

If there is no license in the config, the solution is pretty obvious: buy (or lease) one

I have a license. That's no problem. It's the broker support.

What do you mean by that?

The latest NT7 versions support the brokerages that you mentioned.

I have version 7 and 8 on one machine. I know version 8 does not support these brokerages. I have downloaded several previous versions of 7 but these two brokerages are not available as a choice for some reason. I know they are supported. Anyway, as I said I just started cloning an old HDD that has an older version of NT on it with these brokers so I can use them. Problem solved. This was after I posted thread.

I believe if you purchased your license before NinjaTrader got into the brokerage business (don't remember the date) then any brokers you were entitled to use when you got the license should still work for any new versions of NT7 and NT8.

After the date above you are limited to NinjaTrader brokerage only. I would contact NT if you cannot use the brokers you entitled to use when you purchased your license. They should fix the problem.
