Thanks to all for your help/suggestions on how to repair/avoid future problems/crashes when trying to download indicators. I will re-install Windows, not to tecky here so will have IT guy do it for me, saveing picture files and other stuff.
I also bought the lifetime license back many years ago, maybe around 10 years back, and yes it has crossed my mind to dump ninjatrader but what else is out there that you guys moved or would move to? I have TOS already, to expensive for futures, never try SC, TS, TV or TI(this is a new platform,mixed reviews.

Presumably there's no progress re: SEPA payment system ?

To date (March 2023) as per NT latest site update NT are still charging £50 per international wire (GBP)

Hello,

Thanks for your question.

The fee applies only to accounts that log in to their trading solution but do not make any trades in the live trading environment during the month - starting in the third calendar month. Most clients will place a small trade in a liquid market such as the MES or even a micro currency future to log a quick live trade.

Well, I gave up as well. I also have a lifetime license and invested in third party indicators. I can't blame anybody but me. I kept hoping the many issues would eventually resolve. But it was only wishful thinking. I switched to Sierra and took the loss.

I am starting to think this is why they push the Vendor webinars. They may think the more indicators we invest in for NT, the more secure they have us as customers. That may or may not be a strategy for them, but it is foolish for them to think they have the allegiance of someone they take advantage of as a customer.

Nevertheless, I have a sim account and a new lifetime license account. If I log in, I have to use the incognito browser because it will not open in 3 other browsers since the upgrade. It has been over a week since I asked for help getting my Sim account up and working. Still nothing.

And you dont consider this gouging for those who may want to take a break for a month because their trading has not done well that month? Sort of like adding insult to injury.

I am not sure how this helps me? I purchased a multi broker on top of the lifetime license so are you saying by logging into the platform to access the other Broker, I am charged for logging in? Or am I not understanding? Plus you took away the OandA data feed, and that didnt help me as a customer.

To avoid the $25 fee all you need to do is execute 1 trade, in & out, of 1 contract of one of the micros. The total cost is around 1 dollar. That's nothing.
