in my opinion there is no the best platform, only the best platform for you. Do some research here on the forum and then decide on which platforms to test (usually they at least offer the ability to trial them for free for a month).
I agree, asking what people view as the best platform would be similar to asking what people view as the king of the Auto industry... You will never find unanimity.
