Actually that isn't correct. The leaderboard shows trades taken through the daytradr platform (not the plugin: Ninjatrader, Tradovate etc), whether they are live trades, daytradr simulation trades or trades on a broker demo account.
Normally you can click on the blue double arrow next to somebody's name and that will show the details of the trades taken: entries, exits and account. That is an option that can be disabled by users so if a person doesn't have arrows next to their name you can not see the trades. Previous month's big winners like "MrGecko" (a prop shop trader according to Pete), and others most often had their trades not visible presumably because they don't want to show the exact entries and exits for how they are trading.
@DionysusToast Unfortunately clicking on the blue arrows today is bringing up an error message but it normally works.
You do not win as a trader, you just get to play again the next day. If that game doesn’t appeal to you then you should not trade. Gary Norden
