In Market Delta, for example, if i'm viewing a 4 range or 4 renko chart, I can add the NYSE TICK to a panel below and the candlesticks showing the TICK will open and close relative to the range or renko bars.

So, for example, if a 4 range bar takes 10 minutes to close, the TICK in the panel below will match it and, when a new range bar starts, a new TICK bar will start as well. I hope that makes sense...

Is this possible in Ninjatrader?

Not in stock NT7. But it can be done with custom coding and a lot of skill. I believe it's an easier task in NT8. Do a search in Ninja eco system for vendors that make bar types.
