Hope u caught some of it

What I caught, I spent just in much in fees. A little frustrated yesterday afternoon. I did not follow my trading plan.

I also found out that my Renko based charts could not keep up with the swift movement, so I need to go back to time based. No big deal

Still in an overall up trend, pulling back buyers may be active at ~1286. Jobless claim at 7:30. Stay flat until market settles. Have to consider taking shorts today until buyers clearly step back in. Today may be a day to watch

Is there a concept of an Opening range for Gold.. I am trying to identify the trend in gold for scalps.. wondering if there is a concept of an opening range or something like generally if Gold is up by 9 am, then its usually an upday

I am looking to run some statistical analysis for the hypo but need to identify the hypo first for Gold to verify an up or down day (of course direction can change and the VWAP line is a good indication of that)

any thoughts from veteran gold traders/scalpers much appreciated
