I ditched my office chair for the red stool.
I'm able to concentrate better and stay more focused and I do pushups off it as well.
The swords on the desk are to remind me to stay disciplined and I use them as shiatsu massagers for my back and legs.
The pilates roller is used daily while I'm watching webinars or watching for trade setups.
Less stagnation means a sharper mind.

Well, this is it......
6-24"monitors for reference, 1 55" for volume profile and 28" for execution, probably a little overkill, but i'm a computer geek that likes to play around on my home network. Any questions, hit me up.
BTW, I'm thinking about selling my NOFT orderflow if anyone is interested and maybe one of my I7 systems with 24G RAM, I can give you more details later if interested.
