Context:
My trading depends on buyer or seller surpluses which i detect by watching the development of the 1 min candle in combination with speed as well as support and resistance.

Execution:
I execute by watching price action via candle development and price and sales. I get a sound from t&s for every buy or sell of minimum 9 contracts.

Volume is also a big part of my trading, especially volume peaks in certain moments. I will describe my methology a little bit deeper in the next days, when i have time.

As i am from germany i usually trade the London Session and the first hours of the NY Session.

I do this journal to find other intraday CL Traders to communicate and help each other. Hope to get in touch!
