Renko charts with IB data feed?

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to crete Renko charts based on IB data either within TWS or a tird party software? I know that Renko usually uses tick data an therefore IB data is not optimal but I am more of a swing trader and can sacrifice some accuracy in charts. I am trading only ES and ZN futures.
