Exchange & NFA 0.22 x 8 = 1.76 (1.60 + 0.16)
Order routing 0.15 x 8 = 1.20 (1.20)
Commissions Lease 0.25 x 8 = 2.00 (paid 2.80 which is 8 x 0.35 Fee for Free NT version)

Margin & Delivery Liquidation 1st violation should be $25. 2nd $50. Margin Call $50.
Block Accounts: $1 per contract allocation fee
