You would think they would know who to recommend at their product support. I tried CQG and the Ninjatrader bridge that is supposed to work with JS and which is NOT a demo data account. Their attitude was like, "Meh... try another one." So, I tried another DOM instead
We have basic charts but in the next month or so, we'll be delivering full charts, all timeframes. It'll be extending our "LTF" or Low Time Frame charts.

Think about it - it would take more work to provide both an accurate and an inaccurate feed, it'd double your costs.
Just they don't carry all products 'cause it's a demo. So to get all products you need to pay - they are providing the infrastructure and have very significant costs.

The demo accounts are live data, pulling/stacking is calculated, so nothing to do with the data feeds.
Support are right - Eurex, Interest rates aren't on demo acccounts.
As for configurability - it's a plug and play product. Our "customer avatar" is generally not the tinkerer type, so we keep options to a minimum and take a lead from the prop shops we work with (that make money) and implement what they like and what they'd like their pro platform to have.

As mentioned - it's not for everyone but we also don't want to entertain "Tire kickers" - so you pay to show you have some skin in the game and get your money back if it makes you cross eyed.

I didn't "hit a wall." Stacks and pulls were not showing up on my install. As in often the cells were blank. During RTH. MES, NOT Eurex or interest products. I most certainly felt dismissed then and even now. Your tech support DID blame it on two different feeds, one demo, the other NT. Same behavior on both. All other data was fine. I did not have a positive experience with the trial.
I gave my honest opinion about my experience. I really have no interest in revisiting it. I reached out to your tech support a couple times. THAT was the time to address the problems. I've moved on. Good luck to you.
