I am using NT8 64bit with IB Tws - The time and sales window recieve data but the Chart
does not update.
Chart trader also gets the bid ask data but chart not updating
NT tech has been trying to help but yet no solution.
This is only for futures symbols, spot forex charts update
Has anyone faced this issue . what is the fix to this issue?

IB is limiting the amount of data it gives out. You can only load a very small chunk of data before it hangs up. I use IB for trading and a data provider for the unfiltered real-time data.
same problem, normally caused by connection problem, after checked those log files and trace files, suggested by Ninjatrader supporter.
Fixed once upgraded TWS version, don't use lastest version , stable version may help, even use lastest Ninjatrader version may fixed sth.
still got "received unknow error/warning: sec-def data farm connections is broken:secdefil" time to time everyday, no idea what I can do, but chart frzzing problem can be fixed by TWS stable version.
