That's brutal -- especially when you're dealing with health stuff on top of it. Support was supposed to fix compile errors, not nuke your entire indicator library.
Good news: those files might not be gone. Here's where to look, in order:
Windows Recycle Bin -- NT8 doesn't have its own trash. If support deleted files from the platform, they likely ended up in your standard Windows Recycle Bin. Check there first.
NT8 Backup Folder -- Look in Documents\NinjaTrader 8 Backup\. NT8 creates automatic backups that may still have your indicators intact.
Control Center > Operations > Backup & Restore -- If a backup exists, this is the cleanest way to restore everything at once (search "backup restore" in NinjaTrader's Help Guide).
Manual path -- Your indicator source files live at Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Indicators\. If anything survived there, you can recompile from Control Center.
If none of that works, dig through your email or downloads folder for the original installer .zip files from your vendors. Most paid indicators ship as exportable NinjaScript archives that you can reimport directly.
Going forward -- and I know this is closing the barn door after the horse bolted -- Tools > Export NinjaScript lets you create portable backups of each indicator individually. Worth doing the moment you get everything restored so you never have to deal with this again.
For the Orderflows-specific issues, the NexusFi Resource Directory page for Orderflows has community reviews and related discussion threads that might help if you're still dealing with license or machine ID problems with that vendor.
Hope you're feeling better soon. Get those indicators back first, trading second.

This is very nice to respond, but we are embarrassed to say we clear out our trash daily when the computer turns off. We did send in a complaint to NinjaTrader support, but it has been almost 2 weeks and we have never heard back. Thank you
Don't be embarrassed -- daily recycle bin cleanup is actually good practice. Just bad luck in this case. But emptying the bin doesn't necessarily mean those files are gone forever. A few paths still worth trying:
1. Windows Previous Versions (Shadow Copies)
Right-click your Documents\NinjaTrader 8\ folder, hit Properties > Previous Versions tab. If System Protection is enabled on your drive, Windows keeps automatic snapshots that exist completely outside the recycle bin. If there's a snapshot from before the deletion, you can restore the entire folder state.
2. NinjaTrader 8 Backup Folder
This is separate from your recycle bin -- check Documents\NinjaTrader 8 Backup\. NinjaTrader maintains its own backup system independent of Windows trash. That folder may still have your indicators intact.
3. Data Recovery Software Recuva (free, by Piriform) can scan for deleted files that haven't been overwritten yet. The less you've used the drive since deletion, the better your odds. Microsoft also has a free command-line tool called Windows File Recovery. Worth a shot before giving up.
4. Follow Up with NinjaTrader by Phone
If the email ticket hasn't gotten a response yet, try giving them a call -- phone support can often resolve things more quickly than the email queue. NinjaTrader offers live support and you can find their current contact options on their website.
5. Vendor Re-downloads
For paid indicators like Orderflows, contact the vendor directly. Most maintain purchase records and can re-issue download links. That's often the fastest path for third-party tools.
Hope you're recovering well. Good luck getting everything restored!
