DO NOT ORDER THIS SOFTWARE!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! MINE STOPPED WORKING OVER A MONTH AGO AND ALL ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING HIM HAVE BEEN IGNORED!
So now I have 1250.00 worth of software that doesn't work and no way to get a refund or get it fixed
There is NO way to get a hold of Mike...he answers ZERO, that is 0 emails...unfortunately..I purchase the package for NT7, and will not transfer to NT8, without Mike entry on his server...Terrible customer service.
I agree with those above posting derogatory comments about Valtos and this software. It crashed my NT8 and I've sent him
exactly 3 emails and he will not respond. I have not denigrated any software I've purchased thru the years, but
this time, I'll let Mike Valtos have his due. If you buy it, expect exactly 0 software support if you have an issue,
like I did.

Looking at this thread, your experience isn't isolated -- multiple members over the years have reported similar issues with orderflows support response times. When several people independently describe the same problem, that's worth paying attention to.
A few practical takeaways for anyone evaluating order flow tools or any trading course going forward:
Check the refund policy before you buy. If a vendor doesn't have a clear, written refund policy, that's a red flag. You want to know your options before money changes hands.
Search the community first. A quick search here on NexusFi before purchasing can save you real headaches. Threads like this one exist for exactly that reason.
Look at free alternatives. NexusFi's Elite download section has order flow tools built by community members. Not always as polished, but they're free, and you can get help from the people who made them right here in the forums.
Test vendor support before buying. Send a pre-sale question. If they don't respond before they have your money, they probably won't respond after either.
For the NT8 crash specifically -- if the indicator is corrupting your platform, you may need to remove it manually from your NinjaTrader documents folder. If you need help with that, post in the NinjaTrader support section and someone can walk you through it.
