Total 48 ticks before commission
Commission for 13 contracts $4.01 x 13 = $52.13
Weekly Gains after commission: $427.87
Note: I've switched from 4-Range to 15-RangeAlt timeframe since Wed.
Is it the biggest weekly gain I have so far (even in sim)? I believe so .. smile ..
I'm officially done for the day/week. Nelson is off today (usually no "good" leads on Fri) and we're going to have a delicious Summerlicious lunch (they've a new menu that we like) before visiting the Organic Garage.
Note to Big Mike: Yes, Nelson will stay with the current assignment. He's been doing great (closing 6-8 leads weekly) and the only challenge is to persuade them to pay him timely. Still owe him over 80% commission .. sigh .. Let's hope his meeting with the owner next week will fix it.
Initial Balance: 608.60 - 602.00 (6.60 points) Value Area as at 10:50 am: 606.30 - 605.30 - 602.70 (3.60 points)

Today's High and Low as at 10:50 am: 608.60 - 602.00 (matching IB)
VPOCs: Top 611.00 and Bottom ?? Overnight High and Low: 613.00 and 603.50
Very narrow range this morning maybe because of yesterday's big fall. I am a "petite" bear and will only look for Short unless it rotates up substantially.
1. Regular car garage to fix the skid plate. Oh, Nelson had a "scary" experience yesterday and came back telling me that he "almost" got "k...."! There's a lady driver pulling off her car without checking. Luckily Nelson is an excellent driver and avoided the crash + not hitting a child pedestrian. The skid plate (bottom of the car) fell off. Driving safely is not only about us. It's more on how to avoid the bad drivers on the road.
2. Organic Garage. Our trunk was packed and we just finished unloading them. For example, organic kiwi (6 baby ones 1 lb) @$0.97 and organic avocado (4) @$0.99 etc etc. We love shopping there even it took us 2+ hours round trip. Plus we shared a Mediterranean vegetarian roti (made to order) - yummy in our bellies .. haha ..
Plan for the weekend:
1. I am going to read a thread on Volume.
2. Review the notes on my VI log and see if I may get new ideas on how to manage my trades more effectively.
3. Summerlicious lunch possibly Sun since Nelson has to work tomorrow.
4. Relax and Rejuvenate .. smile ..
Wishing you speedy recovery! Be a "good" boy and rest more PLEASE! Plus wishing all of you a Wonderful weekend.
So far I do not have time to do a more in-depth review on all the systems I've used since last summer. Instead, I am glad that I've accomplished the following:
1. Production of over 150 Buddhism DVDs (40 more to go) for free distribution
2. Did a rough tabulation on what organic products we can donate to non-profit groups incl Shelters for Women and Children. I actually emailed two shelters and hopefully they will accept our donation. Already got a yes from a Buddhism association (in Toronto) and will deliver the products on a Sunday when Nelson is off.
3. Nelson's bi-weekly hair-cut (Almost goofed up as I used 1/8" (should be 1/4") on his back for a few seconds before realizing it's not the right tool. Luckily, I succeeded in fixing his hair to his satisfaction (me too) .. smile ..)
4. Going through 200+ posts on how volume may help one's trading (Haven't finished reading all posts yet)
5. Got some training materials on No BS DayTrading from a BM member (Very kind of him to share them with me)
6. We did go for a Summerlicious lunch today (incl taking a few photos .. this time by the restaurant staff). Can't think of eating now. We may have a late snack around 9:00 pm.
Since I'm quite happy with the revised 15-Range timeframe, I will do a more thorough system review on 28-29 August (the coming weekend).
Have a Nice Sun evening/Great week ahead everyone.
I would love to hear some comments from anyone who has previous experience with a Live Trading Room for Forex. If there are actually any Trading Rooms out there that aren't a complete ripoff. Thanks.
- he went for a hair cut and after he got done he asked for a hat, the barber said it's not sunny outside and my uncle replied but he need to keep his hair inside (the hat).
- one of his many businesses here was running a haircut school, keep in mind he is just a guy who think he can cut hair because 'how hard can it be'. One day one of his student messed up a customer hair and the customer demanded the owner to fix it pronto. So he listened to the customer grievance very carefully and spent a long time checking out the customer hair. Then he stood up quickly position himself right in front of the customer face and started cutting all the customer see was hair falling onto his eyes and my uncle smiled and said it's fixed. The customer looked into a mirror and felt ok with the result and left. My uncle said he didn't change the hair style he just cut a small amount of hair randomly and dropped them down on to the customer to make him felt good. Apparently ii worked.
