Today was a green day, I am going to give Nasdaq futures a rest for awhile and focus on DOW futures 1 Minute chart with Tick index incorporated. I think it is a little better on my temperament at this stage of my trading career and I can trade the Minis with much less emotion.
3 Rules Ill be implementing for my Next 30 trade sample of YM Daily Loss limit 200$
All trades place on close of 1 Minute Candle
Don't trade first 30 Min
June 12 Positives
1. Read Price action pretty well
2. All losses kept small
3. Respected risk
Negatives
1.Added to a loser
2.Wanted to make money not make good trades

Looking at some of the other threads, realizing accountability and transparency are huge in trading. I am funded through TOPSTEP and APEX (6 Funded accounts total) 2 with topstep 4 with apex. I have not recieved a payout yet but in the interest of creating a track record I will begin posting my end of day balances for all funded accounts. And when I have withdrawals I will post that as well.
June 13 Trading Report
Today I officially switched over to dow futures so didn't live journal will start that back up tomorrow.
Good trading today scalping the 1 Minute YM chart and using the TICK index intraday extreme moves as 1 Minute triggers. Today really felt like I understood what I was doing and why I was entering the market.
Positives:
1.Simplified My Trading 1 Min Chart VWAP and TICK index
2. Traded what i saw not what I wanted
3. Much less stress trading the YM over the NQ
Improvements:
1. Gotta take signals even if it means the micros
2. If adding to trade must do it responsibly
3. Get the live journaling back going June 13 Trading Day
