Change the LBR310 settings from 3,5,10 to 3,16 10.
I got a few comments about the settings, added a 3,16,10 to my chart in addition to the 3,5,10 and noticed the 3,5,10 give 'early warning' but sometimes those early warnings are false! Yes, I, too got into trouble yesterday. Try the 3,16,10 settings and see if it doesn't look / perform better. Sorry about that. I should have tested more thoroughly before posting the indicator system.

I tried out your modified HGV2 and found what ntsst3 found. Not tradeable. I SIM traded it & managed to lose over $1K (1 contract) up thru 1:30. Went short (based on my SMI2 / LBR310 & ADXVMA's at 1:30 & managed to recover about 500 of that. Glad it was SIM. I appreciate all the hard work you put into it & love what you did with the concept, but I like seeing the actual indicator lines because they tell you a lot you can't discern from the colored bars. I've attached a screenshot w/ commentary. Thank you for your contribution. Perhaps we can all learn more & build on this.

Yes. I am using IB (which filters & "interprets" trades to "generate" tick data. They do not provide historical tick data (sucks!). I'm thinking very strongly of cancelling my account & getting an account with Mirus & using Zen-Fire. ZEN FIRE USERS: To get your charts to look like mine, multiply by a factor of 4.94 (233 Tick on IB = 1151 Tick Zen Fire)
