That is a very good question! The S5 Trader does have the ability to replay market data from previous sessions. The market replay plugin on the S5 Trader is relatively straight forward and operates like a DVR. All you have to do is record the session on your computer to be able to replay it at a later time. Just make sure you click the record button to start recording the session prior to replay.
Please note that the replay function will only work with current contracts and will not replay expired contracts.
We have made a video tutorial to help you with this further. To view the tutorial please click the following link
We highly recommend testing out the functionality and features for yourself with the free real time trial of the S5 Trader that comes with the S5 Trade Analyzer! Stage 5 - S5 Demo

Please feel free to add any new questions that may have been missed during the interim. I look forward to rejuvenating this thread and helping it become a valuable resource to traders moving forward.
Have a great night and talk to you all tomorrow.

Thank you for the note and the nice message. I appreciate the diligence in your questions and I am happy to help as much as possible.
I certainly feel like the futures industry has been shaken by issues like PFG, but in my opinion this has helped create better safeguards to protect customer funds. With PFG, they were a broker AND a clearing firm.
Stage 5 Trading is an Independent Introducing Broker (IIB). As an IIB Stage 5 does not hold customer funds. Traders with trading accounts through Stage 5 are introduced to a clearing firm (FCM) that holds the client funds in segregation from operating capital within the clearing firm. This is similar to how your funds were held at Dorman but through the IIB of Mirus. Then when NinjaTrader Brokerage merged with Mirus your account changed ownership from Mirus to NinjaTrader Brokerage. The funds were still held at the clearing firm of Dorman and the introducing broker changed.
Volume Profiling is FT71’s specialty. He uses Investor RT for his charting software and spends a lot of his time analyzing the markets using volume profile. We actually feel that price action is a nice complement to volume profile and as well as a variety of other trading indicators. FT71 runs the trader development side of Stage 5 Trading which is what was setup for traders to congregate and hopefully help them learn and grow as a community. He provides live premarket analysis, then moves into the Stage 5 Traders Helping Traders chat room as the trading day gets going. I also feel his is instrumental in helping traders through the Client only Homework sessions, ask FT71 anything webinars, and the fact that I feel his is so hands on with the traders.
Does he answer every trader and every question? No, that would be impossible and also why the community is setup to help each other. We have also developed the proprietary S5 Trade Analyzer for intraday trade analytics. This is available for NinjaTrader as well as the S5 Trader. For more information on the Trade Analyzer please check out his webinar with Big Mike from the 21st of October that covers Basic Scalping Technics. The software is shown from 1:16ish and on if you would like to fast forward. Since Stage 5 is an independent introducing broker, our goal is to provide a variety of clearing relationships, platforms, and solutions. For example, traders at Stage 5 use the S5 Trader, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, Sierra, MarketDelta Trader, CQG, and many other software platforms to enter trades on futures exchanges like the CME. What I think is nice about Stage 5 is that not only do you get the brokerage solution, but you also receive the S5 Trade Analyzer for FREE with the S5 Trader or Ninja Trader, as well as the trader development services that FT and the rest of the team spend their time with.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions or we can assist with anything in addition.
We hope to hear from you!
Best,
Anthony

Man...Anthony can write some seriously long and info packed emails. He should start a Wiki site for brokerage.
I wanted to clarify some trading-related things that you said, KahunaDog:
- it should be made very clear that Stage 5 Trading does not have access or handle your money. With PFG and others, they were a clearing firm (which is the entity handling your money) as well as a brokerage. We are not that. We have multiple clearing relationships, including with Dorman, and so our priority is to answer the question "what is the best solution for this trader at the lowest cost". This is why we have many clearing relationships and are very competitive with our costs yet still offer high value to traders through our other services
- You say that you are highly interested in volume profiling, but don't want to invest the time and effort. I think a clarification is necessary here. Volume Profiling is simply a straightforward way to determine context and where traders were active or inactive. It is something you layer ON TOP OF price action, fibs, pivots, Gann or whatever else you are using. It is not a trading system or a replacement. I do my analyses using VP but I trade on price action at VP areas. I also use fibs under certain conditions, etc. It is not a waste of your time. Understanding the market auction, in my opinion, is the most powerful place to approach the market from, because it is an auction mechanism. With VP, I can scalp or hold a day position. VP doesn't limit my flexibility.
Consider this visual when discussing VP and its usefulness to trading (this is strictly my opinion): The best analogy, think of what it would be like if you wanted to be the best fisherman out there. You get the best rod, best reel, best line, best bait and best hook for the fish you want to catch. You go out and spend good money on a boat, etc etc. You can definitely fish with all of that equipment. That stuff is the equivalent of you trading at Stage 5 using steady software, good data feed, good charts, etc. But what would your results be like if you as a fisherman add a Fish Finding Sonar to that boat? That's what VP is to me. It doesn't guarantee I will get winning trades every time (or find fish), but it puts me in areas where I believe I can have the best chance.
Does it replace your fishing rod, boat, hook, etc? No it doesn't, but it gives you better context, in my opinion, and better areas to "fish".
I hope that makes sense.

Ft71 and Anthony.
Thank you for the answers. Ft71 I find your pre market videos a wonderful luxury, offering insight.
Ft71 I just wanted to clarify that I do not mind working hard and learning. My post above mentioned that.
I get the "there's no free lunch."
Since this query I've logged numerous hours maybe 50to75plus hours watching (and rewatching) videos, reading, actual market, reading/marking charts and replaying data observing volume profile. This is not mentioning actual the actual time spent in the market.
I say this just to clarify a possible misinterpretation of I am/was not willing to put in the time. In comparison that time is nothing compared to the hours others have done over the years, but it is a commitment.
(Ultimately) As you wrote, it offers great ideas on where to fish.
I thank you greatly for the time and wisdom you've shared on futures.io (formerly BMT) and your videos.
I recall in one of the webinars by FT71, DSL was recommended over a CABLE internet connection to minimize latency. I have tried to go back and find this statement. Perhaps I have overlooked it but cannot seem to find it. Sometimes i fall asleep watching trading webinars. DId i dream this claim?
If it was stated coud you please explain why DSL is superior to Cable even though the advertised connection speed is lower?
Thanks!
