After reviewing recent articles regarding datafeed or platform issues - Mirus/Zen-Fire, Amp/CQG and Optimus/Rithmic, I've been looking forward to getting setup with Optimus/Rithmic on NinjaTrader.
Matt and his team have been very professional to work with and have followed through during the entire setup process. Occasionally, they host informative webinars regarding trading and the various platforms they support, one from a couple weeks ago helped seal the decision for me. I trust others will have good experiences with them as well.

You most welcome. We are up and running for Rithmic, and I suggest that you try that to see if it meets your requirements. We do have continuum available, but we are working on the sim environment for our users.

Optimus was excellent choice for me. I've been with them for more than half a year now. They offer really wide range of platforms and I chose Sierra Chart with Rithmic datafeed, which is working really good. For any question I have, just shooting a message to Matt via skype and he's always there helping me as quickly as he can.
There are also informative webinars to new platform solutions, there is new Optimus forum, which can help to answer any question. Matt is working on daily basis to improve already very good services.
Matt and Jessica corrected the issues I was having with Vision processing the application.
Jessica responded quickly, and forwarded the PDF file to Vision, and then maintained contact with me. Vision did ask (again) for information that I had already completed....but Jessica also fixed that. I'm still not too sure about the Vision folks that the online application process goes to....but after Jessica got involved, things moved more smoothly.
Thank you for the kind words. When you fill out the application both parties (clearing and IB) get the application, but is it the job of the IB to "push" for the process to be completed and at the same act as a liaison between margins, activation and account set up.
Jessica has joined us recently to replace Jennifer (became a mom to her first child) and was hit with tons of transfers as a result of a known fact. She worked long hours including weekends to accommodate everyone and never lost her cool despite (understandable) frustrations from customers.
EVERY single thank you here is my biggest ad and I never take kind words for granted. I am grateful you chose us and I hope we can always meet you expectations. We are very conscious of the competition, the offers and the delusional "We are the best" mentality among many brokers you encounter daily. Customer service is no longer just being nice, but knowledge of software you provide, creative solutions to maturing traders, and understanding at the end of the day that you deal with something that does not grow on trees.

We have been working on a new tool for traders who trade real time and need assistance with technical platform support.This is a direct chat box that you can launch from inside NinjaTrader where we would be able to directly support you. This will also avoid running live chats like Skype that can consume resources and make you platforms and feed to be slow.
I have attached an example of how this conversation would take place. We are going to test it with a select number of users to make sure it is functioning properly and working as intended before releasing it to our entire customer base.
Please note that this feature will only be available to customers who trade real time with Optimus Trading Group.
