Tonight I had the unpleasant duty to ban a number of members that were participating in stealing/pirating our Elite content. We have various ways of tracking it, and this time I couldn't look the other way.
I want to remind everyone that when you sign up for Elite, you agree to not share that content with anyone outside of futuresio that is not an Elite Member.
If you were Elite and have been permanently banned, no - you will not receive any refund, as you violated our rules you agreed to (not to mention the law).
Everyone has the ability to appeal -- if you wish to do so, click "Contact Us" link from the bottom of the page, then select appeal ban. We have evidence of everyone that we banned, but it's up to you if you still wish to appeal.
