How can I manually remove the Mirus connection?
My NT cannot start up because of the automatic connection to Mirus
If I understand your problem. Tools---Account connection---select your connection---Remove.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

The problem is that NT cannot start up because it is connecting with Mirus. I cannot go too the control panel and remove the connection.
There has to be a way to do it without starting up NT

Ray from Ninjatrader had a solution for this. You need to carefully edit a xml file to make Ninja stop attempting to connect at startup. I believe it was earlier in this thread that he described how to do this fix.

My xml file contains 15 instances of "<DataConnection>false</DataConnection>"
Perhaps one of those is still true in your file.

I had the same problem and a NT7 support staff sent me this file, see if it works just replace it in my document Ninja 7,
keep yr old one just incase, ( i remember sending him my file first)
cheers
Thanks,
I have NT working.
I had to change the license key in NT, I do not know if the key that is on the xml document is yours, if it is than remove the file from the site because you are exposing your key.
Thanks

Apparently not every Mirus\Zenfire customer received this info, but my broker at Mirus emailed me that for those who are fed up with new Zenfire, they offer account switchovers to T4 and CQG data feeds (and selection of platforms for them). So it might be worth asking your brokers at Mirus about that.

Do I understand you correctly? They really offer CQG?
