Looks like you already copied the sound files into Ninja Sound folder and the .cs file into your Bin/Custom/indicator folder. You should be ready to go.
Since you just copied the .cs into you indicator folder, you need to compile it first. Does the indicator mahTimeAlerts show on your drop down list? if it does, everything is OK. If it does not show, go into Tools,Edit Ninja Script/Indicator and edit any indicator but do not change anything. Then either click F5, or the compile button and close the indicaor. Now try to drop the indicator on any time chart, it should show up in the indicator drop down list.
Now you go into the parameters lists and set you times for 5-10 minutes ahead of your time. Make them 1 minute apart for a test. It should give you the alerts one minute apart. If you get to this point, then change the Alert times to whatever times you wish.
Make sure your system clock and you platform clock are in sync. Then it does not matter which time zone you are in.
I hope this help, I don't know how else I can help. If someone can explain better, please do so.
