I thought I would add a bit of levity to this hot and heavy debate...
A POSTSCRIPT TO OUR TRADING EXPERIMENT:
TEAM YELLOW: Woody got violently ill when the market moved against him. He fainted. An ambulance was called. He is fine. Should you like to visit him he is at the Memorial Jewish Hospital. Room #409. He says no flowers please as he is allergic to perfumes of any kind.
TEAM PURPLE: Spock is upset as to why he wasn't able to do equally as well and has demanded we repeat the experiment.
TEAM GREEN: (happily eating cheese)
TEAM RED: ...010110010011110111....
TEAM ORANGE: Homer has joined Woody at the hospital with chronic abdominal pain, after having gotten ahold of Team Greens enormous pile of cheese.
And BTW, the real expectancy of the system was somewhere between the Rat and the Computer !
This thread was about a dog, and you did not even let it participate in your competition. We all know that dogs cannot trade, but it is a question of politeness to let Simba in to collect his bone or sausage.
I will not mention any names. But I do greatly and thankfully appreciate all the input that has proven a HUGE point and aspect about simplicity! Or I might say LACK of its presence.
We certainly do complicate things and by doing that, we lose pretty much of our edge in trading!
A wise guy once said:
"If truth was complicated, then everybody would understand it"!
We all struggle to make tomorrow look like yesterday!
Get rid of your past and let the future unfold from the now. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
