Hello All,
I am beginner. I have been a member for a while but never commented. So far I have been only reading and trying to learn. I hope I shall be able to contribute soon later on. Thank you for setting up this forum and thanks to all participants for all their interesting posts helping others to improve their trading.. Guidoisot - Italy.
Hi, I am Fabio and I am from the north of Italy. I am building a TS and I would like to understand how the DOM works.
I hope that this forum can help me.
Hi,everyone
I come from China and make full time trading in commodity.
I spent almost two years to learn how to make consistency profits and manage risk, until now I just know a little about it and aware of something before I take a trade.
I'm glad to find many useful staff in the forum and thanks all of that person to share with theirs idea, that's really
helpful to me.
I seldom relay the post, becouse my poor english.
I'm from the Netherlands. I have been trading for a few years learning and trying out different strategies. I keep staying close to breakeven. I guess i'm lucky to have gained knowledge and experience without losing or spending a lot of money. Eager to learn more on this forum.
Been a member for a while but never actually posted. Been a traded for a couple of years now. Still not where I want to be from a results perspective but I believe I'm getting there. Great forum.
I've actually been a member here for quite awhile. In the past, I've only visited occasionally for a webinar or opinion on a particular subject. I'm beginning to become more regular here and appreciate the civil tone not found on some other discussion boards. I feel that my consistency is not as good as my knowledge base is. Hopefully, I'll be able to improve in that regard.
Summer '06- Started with a seminar. Started reading a bunch of books (Think And Grow Rich, Trading For A Living..), websites etc.
Early '07- First live trade. I would spend the next several months trading at $32 per round trip on a small account ($3-6K) and STILL ended up about $200! No fear...
That summer, I took out a loan, did well for a couple months with my $50k account then proceeded to fall flat on my face with 8 losses in a row. Financially I controlled the risk. Emotionally, I was ruined.
I've since had isolated periods of profitability which has left me slightly down over my 7+ year trek. My attention turned decisively towards psychology and management of self in late '08 when I started my blog "OnlyTheMomo".
Hope to hear from other like-minded traders soon!:
