You can check NT website for approved programmers = I have used mooretechllc in the past - from my research (many years ago) he was reasonably priced and did the job to my satisfaction.

@lbadisa, this thread is for people starting out with simple strategy needs that can be built without a paid programmer nor knowledge of programming.
Some examples would be a simple average crossover and then you decide now I also want to add price is above VWAP for longs. Or a minimum ATR range so it does not trade in chop.
NT8 uses Strategy Builder which is the last item on the "New" drop down.
So if your strategy is not too complex I suggest starting there. Once you have somewhat tnear your final it lets you generate the code for a programmer to add extras.
A few samples are on the site so you can see how to get started. Or go to Ninjatrader forum and look for assistance.

NT8 has a bug that has not been fixed for months. On Unirenko charts it cancels the trail stop and the target on the second bar.
To try and deal with this I worked with NT Forum support and they walked me through creating a Strategy Builder base that includes what you would consider manual Break even and trail stop capabilities. It is a very basic strategy that is not being recommended based on entry exit logic. Simply a formatted autoboot that can be modified.
I try not to repost files but rather point to the original which may be found here:
Thank you jmont1 for posting this! I am new to Strategy Builder and I've been tearing my hair out trying to troubleshoot this issue. And sure enough when I switched from renko to range bars my trailing stops and targets no longer cancel as you described. PLEASE Ninjatrader...you have to fix this! I am willing to bet a lot of new users are getting turned off of Strategy Builder because of this bug!

MA crossover using groups is set up because it is a pain to try and change the Strategy Builder defaults. SB requires that no conditions are using those defaults. That means you have to remove all the logic on each step using that variable. Modify the variable - like changing an 11 Moving Average to 14. Then put back all the steps you removed.
Having Groups still requires the same thing but you can logic usually comes in pairs. So using groups minimizes the remove and add back in process. Group the logics, delete them all. Modify the variables. Then modify the variable(s) in the group and then copy and paste it back into all the condition steps you removed it from.

@Futureskill this is a modification of the MA cross posted above. It is based on LizardIndicators.com amaSupertrend11 that is on this site or their site. If you import this it will load the approximately 60 other indicators just like your AU versions will to other coders.
It is not perfect but gets most of the trend changes. A real coder could accomplish what you want but this should let you do most of the checking you want. It has the timeframes and the standard two profit set ups and trailing stops.
If you come up with other variables to add - watch the videos on Strategy Builder. If it is minor let me know and I will help.
I could add in a daily loss BUT I can only do it where the strategy completely stops in backtest as soon as it hits one. Again someone else could do a better job.

@RoqRif, Based on your request below this simple single MA cross looking back two (2) bars should get you started. The hours are set to your Everett WA 3 hour difference from NY.
There are two entries and exits as the unofficial standard for traders.
This strategy was built using NT8 Strategy Builder so you should be able to study SB and realize you can easily modify it without coding.
Beware that using Strategy Analyzer for bars like you are using can be very poor at providing correct backtesting – based on the assumption it is ismilar to Unirenko bars which have fake open and close.
Let me know if you need mods beyond your ken.
This is CS file so you DO NOT IMPORT it - just copy it into your doc:
